After you have completed your Awards Dinner registration, you will be directed to the hotel accommodations page where you can submit your reservation requests.
We will strive to accommodate your hotel preferences, but due to the large volume, all requests cannot be guaranteed.
At the JW Marriott Hotel, each company may request up to 12 rooms, based on availability. If you require multiple rooms, you will need to make a request for each individual. Please be advised this is a room request and will be wait-listed until approved by The Beavers, Inc. You will then be sent a confirmation that the hotel room has been booked. Please list your second hotel choice in the special instructions in case your original request is unavailable. Final confirmations will be sent out by December 15, 2018.
Additional hotel choices will be needed for any remaining requests over the 12 rooms.
Please note we have a limited number of rooms on Tuesday January 8th, Wednesday January 9th, and Saturday January 12th at the group rate. Due to the limited number of rooms we have available on these nights, please only request on a definite basis. A penalty will apply if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date.

Your attendees may not all be on the same schedule, please select arrival/departure dates as accurately as possible.
Your rooms will be confirmed via email by Sarah Atkinson at Par Avion no later than December 15th, 2018. To prevent the confirmations from being diverted by your spam filter please add “saraha@paravion-inc.com” as an acceptable email address.
If you do not receive a hotel confirmation by December 15th 2018, please call Par Avion at 866- 705-3697.
